Ben jij een digitale kanjer, adem jij GPT's en wil jij graag blijvende impact maken in het voortgezet onderwijs? TMI zoekt freelance trainers voor onze freelancepoule die het geweldig vinden om docenten in hun kracht te zetten!

TMI helpt scholen met digitale geletterdheid in het voortgezet onderwijs (voornamelijk vmbo). Wij geloven dat we de grootste impact maken door docenten zélf het vertrouwen te geven. Daarom sta je bij ons meestal niet alleen voor de klas om een workshop af te draaien, maar trek je samen op met de docent. Je coacht, inspireert en geeft samen les (co-teaching), net zolang tot de docent er klaar voor is om het stokje van je over te nemen. Hoewel je af en toe nog wel eens een losse workshop geeft, ligt de focus op dit gezamenlijke traject.

Als je naast jouw interesse in digitale geletterdheid ook nog houdt van media, video, fotografie, bewerken, of andere creatieve zaken, dan is dit helemaal iets voor jou. We moedigen je namelijk aan om je creatieve en digitale talenten te gebruiken en sámen met de docent het onderwijs nog leuker en beter te maken.

Als freelance TMI-trainer/-coach word je ingezet op alle thema's binnen digitale geletterdheid. Je wordt vooraf gebrieft en indien nodig getraind. Je ontvangt een template workshoppresentatie met werkvormen en alles erop en eraan, maar bent vrij om deze samen met de docent aan te vullen met eigen verhalen. Het doel is verbinding maken met de docent en de leerlingen, om zo vanuit hun belevingswereld de kansen van de digitale wereld te benutten en hen te behoeden voor de gevaren.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Het coachen en begeleiden van docenten bij het geven van de allerleukste, creatiefste en meest actuele lessen over de online wereld.
  • Samen met de docent voor de klas staan (co-teaching) en de verantwoordelijkheid stap voor stap overdragen.
  • Af en toe het zelfstandig verzorgen van een inspirerende workshop of gastles.

Wat verwachten wij van jou:

  • Je hebt sterke digitale vaardigheden en bent je bewust van kansen en bedreigingen online.
  • Je hebt aantoonbare werkervaring in het voortgezet onderwijs.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en haalt er energie uit om (naast leerlingen) ook volwassenen te begeleiden en enthousiasmeren.
  • Je bent flexibel in reizen (TMI heeft locaties door heel Nederland) en beschikt over een rijbewijs.
