Job description

General Statement of Job This is a Part-Time Position The Athletic Field Supervisor is responsible for overall supervision of the Town of Vienna athletic fields. Supervisor is responsible for recording field and light usage and monitoring fields and surrounding areas for any unsafe activity and reporting any issues to the Program Coordinator and/or police department if necessary. WORK SCHEDULE Monday through Saturday from 5-10 p.m

(Flexible Days/Hours) All new employees must satisfactorily complete a background check. A conditional offer of employment may then be made contingent upon the successful completion of drug and alcohol test. This is a Non-Exempt Position.

Duties and Responsibilities Record field and light usage Communicate with the public, program participants and other employees in a pleasant and courteous manner Monitor Fields and surrounding areas and report unsafe conditions Be fair and consistent in applying all Town rules and regulations. Handle hostile situations with responsibility and self-control. Minimum Training and Experience Must be at least 18 years of age.

Must have Valid Driver's License Working knowledge of sports and athletic field usage preferred Ability to work in high pressure situations. CPR/AED Certification Preferred Americans with Disabilities Act Compliance The Town of Vienna is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
