The Part-Time Administrative Assistant, Football provides support for the day-to-day operations of the football program, with a primary focus on serving as the front desk and first point of contact for the football facility. This role manages front-facing responsibilities by triaging inquiries, directing visitors, and coordinating communication flow, while maintaining the organization of office spaces including the front desk, storage rooms, workroom, and kitchen. Additional duties include managing the Notre Dame football fan email account and fan mail, coordinating FedEx/UPS operations, supporting guest parking, and assisting with partner events held in football facilities.

Qualifications

Education Qualifications: High school diploma or GED

Experience: 3-4 years of relevant professional experience preferred.

Skill Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a receptionist, administrative support, or customer service role preferred.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, and multi-line phone systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills with a professional and customer-focused demeanor.
  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
