Description
Ryan Lawn and Tree's Landscape Department is seeking part-time seasonal employees to join our team immediately. This position is ideal for individuals who are between jobs or for high school and college students looking for summer employment.
Primary duties include groundwork, planting, and site cleanup. Additional responsibilities may be assigned based on individual experience and skill level.
If you are looking to make a few extra dollars this summer, and don't mind physical labor and working in the heat this is a job for you!
Compensation & Schedule
  • Pay rate: $17.00-$20.00 per hour, paid on a biweekly basis
  • Standard schedule: Monday-Friday, with hours running from 7:00 a.m. until the crew concludes work for the day
  • Overtime is compensated for at 1.5x the regular hourly rate for all hours worked beyond 40 per week

Please Note: This is a temporary, seasonal position. As such, employees are not eligible for health insurance benefits or paid time off (PTO).
Requirements
  • Must possess a valid driver's license
  • Must be able to perform physical labor in outdoor conditions, including exposure to heat.
  • All job offers are contingent upon successful completion of a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
