Overview Insurance Sales Agent - Work from Home (Remote) Answer Financial is an Allstate company with 25+ years in the industry and one of the nation's largest personal lines insurance agencies. This is a career position with growth opportunities, potential earnings, and a remote work setup. Position focuses on taking inbound calls and offering shoppers the opportunity to compare prices and purchase auto and home insurance from multiple carriers.

Responsibilities Take inbound calls and offer shoppers the opportunity to compare prices and purchase auto and home insurance. Participate in paid training classes to obtain or improve P&C licensing and sales skills. Work with multiple carriers to provide suitable insurance options and support ongoing growth.

Engage in comprehensive training methods including self-study, coaching, eLearning, instructor-led and on-the-job activities. Qualifications If licensed: active resident state P&C license in good standing and CE compliant; able to obtain licenses/appointments with multiple carriers as needed. If unlicensed: complete pre-licensing study program and pass resident state insurance exam (P&C); must obtain license.

2+ years inbound sales experience preferred. HS diploma or GED required. Experience in a performance-driven call/contact center environment preferred.

Ability to work full-time from home with dedicated office space and minimal distractions. Complete a fast-paced paid training program (8 to 12 weeks); time off during training is not approved. Ability to obtain resident and non-resident state licenses/appointments with multiple carriers.

High speed internet required; technical requirements provided by the company. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong multi-tasking and computer skills in MS Office and related applications. Bilingual (English and Spanish) is a plus; fluency in reading, writing, and speaking preferred.

Pass credit and criminal background checks. Ability to work rotating weekends and non-standard hours as needed. Compensation and Benefits Base pay: $21.24 per hour Target total compensation: $58,890 to $88,330 per year (Base Pay + Uncapped Performance-Based Incentives).

Incentives are based on productivity and are not guaranteed. Terms governed by the applicable sales bonus plan and may change. Potential pay differentials for Spanish/English bilingual.

Day-one health benefits, competitive sales bonus, and a company matched 401(k) plan. Pre-licensing and training programs provided; equipment shipped to home address. Inbound calls with no cold calling.
