To thrive as an At Home Insurance Agent, you need a solid understanding of insurance products, sales techniques, and relevant state licensing. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software, quoting tools, and secure communication platforms is typically required. Outstanding self-motivation, active listening, and clear verbal and written communication set top performers apart in this remote role. These skills are crucial for building client trust, meeting sales targets, and providing excellent service from a home-based environment.

This role often offers flexible hours and may require strong self-motivation, computer skills, and the ability to communicate clearly. At home insurance agents may specialize in various types of insurance, such as auto, home, life, or health. Day in the Life of Our Caregivers

Companion Caregivers are really just that, companions. When they first arrive, they might do a safety check, help prepare meals, or pick out clothes for the day. You are a friend who plays games, runs errands, cleans up, and genuinely tries to make someone smile.

Our Personal Caregivers are going the next step and helping our seniors bathe, get dressed, and brush their teeth. They help them stay safe with medication reminders and general mobility around the house. Some of our caregivers have certifications like CNA, HHA, or PCA, but they are optional.

Our Ideal Candidate

We are searching for Caregivers with strong communication skills and a heart to help our Seniors.

Candidates must be comfortable providing non-medical companionship, personal care, and some light house cleaning.

Candidates must have a car for transportation.

As part of our Caregiver Mentor Program, we will create an individualized training plan for each Caregiver.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Ability to pass a background check / TB skin test
  • Licensed driver with an insured and reliable automobile (travel to a Senior's home must be dependable)

People who make great caregivers

If you have experience caring for a family member or have been a full-time parent or homemaker, you can be a great caregiver if you worked in an Assisted Living Facility, Skilled Nursing, Senior Home, or Senior Center as a caretaker. If you have been a teacher or child care worker, working in a school or preschool setting, or are retired and want to give back, Apply Now. If you have worked at a YMCA or volunteered at church, we would love to speak with you.  If you have certifications like Certified Nursing Assistant, Home Health Aid, and Personal Care Aid, we want to talk to you.
