Job description

JOB SUMMARY:
Reporting to the Customer Service Lead, the Customer Service Representative is the primary liaison between Wild Marketing Group and our valued clients. This role is responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience by proactively addressing inquiries and ensuring seamless communication across departments.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Serve as the first point of contact for inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels. Delivering a positive, professional experience on every interaction.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing timely, accurate information on order status, billing questions, customer agreements, and product concerns.
  • Process and track customer orders, and maintain detailed records in order management systems.
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to products/services, and make recommendations to restore customer goodwill.
  • Create, update, and maintain accurate customer files and database records, ensuring data integrity at all times.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with the marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Complete special projects and additional responsibilities as assigned by leadership.

Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 2+ years of inbound/outbound customer service or call center experience preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional and empathetic customer-first attitude.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), and general computer navigation.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and resolve issues efficiently.
