The macOS Bluetooth QA team is looking for a talented and detail-oriented Bluetooth QA Engineer to help ensure the highest quality wireless experience across Apple's ecosystem of devices. You will work at the intersection of protocol validation, test automation, and AI-driven quality engineering - partnering closely with firmware, software, and hardware teams to ship world-class Bluetooth experiences to millions of users.
Description
As a successful Wireless Bluetooth Quality Engineer, you will focus on testing Bluetooth enabled features in Appleʼs innovative products.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience
4+ years of experience defining test plans and creating test cases from technical specifications and feature requirements
2+ years of experience validating and testing products with domain expertise in one or more of the following: Bluetooth, WiFi, NFC, Audio, or Networking
Preferred Qualifications
Proven ability to write detailed test plans and test cases from specs and PRDs, covering functional, regression, stress, interop, and edge-case scenarios across Bluetooth profile behaviors
Skilled at isolating, reproducing, and documenting defects in Apple Radar, with a track record of driving resolution through cross-functional triage with firmware and software teams using HCI traces, PacketLogger, Wireshark captures, and sysdiagnose bundles
