Job description

We are seeking a professional and organized Assistant Property Manager to support the daily operations of a condominium association. The ideal candidate will be licensed and experienced in condominium property management, resident relations, vendor coordination, administrative support, and property operations. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to assist in maintaining the community’s overall appearance and compliance.


Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Property Manager with daily operations of the condominium association
  • Respond to homeowner inquiries and provide excellent resident service
  • Coordinate maintenance requests and follow up on work orders
  • Conduct routine property inspections to ensure cleanliness and compliance
  • Assist with vendor management, scheduling, and contractor coordination
  • Support enforcement of association rules and regulations
  • Prepare notices, correspondence, and resident communications
  • Assist with board meetings, agendas, and meeting minutes
  • Maintain association records, files, and reports
  • Support budgeting, invoice processing, and administrative tasks
  • Help coordinate projects, repairs, and preventive maintenance
  • Ensure compliance with state condo regulations and association policies



Full-Time Mon-Fri

Pay Rate: $25-$27 DOE
