Raison d’être du poste : 

Le gestionnaire de projet est responsable de l’expérience globale du client, de sa satisfaction et du succès collectif en ce qui concerne le respect du budget, la livraison à temps, la réussite de l’application et les opérations après-vente.

•    Gestion des commandes de machines et des contrats : veiller à ce que les attentes du client soient clairement définies et s’assurer que les opérations répondent aux exigences tout en protégeant les intérêts de l’entreprise.
•    Contribuer directement à la stratégie de mise en service (commissioning) et assumer l’ensemble des communications avec le client.
•    Diriger l’équipe de projet afin d’exécuter les projets selon l’échéancier et le budget établis, tout en respectant l’étendue des travaux contractuels.
En résumé, vous êtes l’unique point de contact principal du client et la voix du client au sein de l’organisation. 

Responsabilités


•    Gérer les risques du projet : identifier les risques et élaborer/mette en œuvre des stratégies d’atténuation.
•    Planifier les projets : superviser l’échéancier et veiller à l’exécution du plan.
•    Recevoir les commandes de machines et examiner en détail le contrat, la commande de vente ainsi que tous les documents et renseignements du dossier client. Établir rapidement une relation avec le client afin de comprendre ses attentes et assurer une gestion complète de ses besoins. La clarté et l’alignement des attentes tout au long du cycle du projet sont une priorité.
•    Assurer la gestion des contrats et veiller au respect de toutes les obligations contractuelles, notamment les contrats signés de WeighPack/Paxiom, les bons de commande des clients, les URS (User Requirement Specifications) et la documentation technique des clients.
•    S’assurer que tous les départements comprennent leurs responsabilités liées aux obligations contractuelles et aux spécifications techniques décrites dans les documents mentionnés ci-dessus, en produisant un résumé exécutif lorsque la commande comprend des documents autres que le contrat et le bon de commande.
•    Gérer la relation client tout au long du processus de vente, notamment en veillant au gel de la portée du projet, à la gestion des changements (matériaux, contrat, services d’ingénierie et application), à la facturation des extras et au maintien d’attentes claires.
•    Agir à titre d’intermédiaire entre les opérations et le client pendant toute l’avancement de la commande jusqu’à la livraison.
•    Utiliser les outils multimédias (vidéos, FaceTime, WhatsApp, etc.) afin de maximiser le transfert de connaissances et la compréhension du client tout en protégeant les intérêts légaux et éthiques de l’entreprise.
•    Assurer le contrôle de la qualité du processus de projet, incluant notamment le processus Wrike, les validations de produits, la documentation de soutien, les preuves d’essais, les contenus multimédias et les dossiers d’atelier.
•    Participer aux réunions hebdomadaires de gouvernance des opérations afin de favoriser la responsabilisation et le respect des échéanciers.
•    Réviser et approuver les tests d’acceptation internes (IAT) avant la fermeture des projets.
•    Être imputable du succès des FAT (Factory Acceptance Tests) et de l’acceptation des projets par les clients avant l’expédition.
•    Être responsable du succès global de la mise en service des équipements et systèmes chez le client.
•    Élaborer les stratégies de mise en service et préparer les clients, assurer toutes les communications avec les clients avant et pendant la mise en service, et coordonner les équipes internes et sur site.
•    Se déplacer, au besoin, dans les installations des clients à titre de gestionnaire de site afin d’assurer le succès du projet et la satisfaction du client.
•    Offrir la meilleure expérience possible en développant des relations authentiques avec les clients et les collègues grâce à l’écoute active, à la curiosité, aux questions pertinentes et à l’établissement d’attentes claires.
•    Répondre aux questions, besoins, préoccupations et plaintes des clients internes et externes dans un délai maximal de 24 heures, tout en veillant à ce que toutes les communications soient documentées dans le système CRM Zoho.

Job Purpose:

The Project Manager is responsible for the overall client experience, satisfaction, and collective success with regards to budget performance, on time delivery, application success and post-sale operations. 
1)    Machine orders and Contract Management – Ensuring that the client expectations are well defined and overseeing that Operations has delivered the requirements while protecting the company. 
2)    Directly contributing to the commissioning strategy and assume all client communications. 
3)    Leads the project team to execute projects on schedule and on budget to deliver the contracted scope of work. 
In short, you are the key single point of contact for clients and the voice of the client internally.

Position Details:

1.    Manage project risks - identify risks and develop / implement risk mitigation
2.    Project planning – oversee the schedule and ensure execution of the plan. 
3.    Receive machine orders and thoroughly review the contract, sales order, and all documents / details in the customer folder. Reach out to the client and initiate a relationship and learn their expectations in order to oversee the client and their requirements. Full-cycle clarity and expectations are your mission.
4.    Contract Management - ensure all contractual obligations are met including but not limited to signed WeighPack / Paxiom contracts, Client Purchase Orders, Client URS, Client Technical documentation. 
5.    Ensure that all departments are aware of their responsibilities as related to contractual obligations and technical specifications as outlined in the documents listed in item number 4 above by creating an executive summary. (Required when the order contains documents other than the contract and PO).  
6.    Manage the client throughout the sale while directly ensuring client scope freezes, job changes (material, contract, engineering services & application), up-charging and continuously clear expectations.
7.    Liaison between operations and client on a regular basis as machine order advances through delivery.
8.    Use media tools to maximize ability to educate clients via videos, FaceTime/WhatsApp, etc. to ensure knowledge transfers, comprehension while protecting our company’s interests legally and morally.
9.    Ensure quality control of the project process including but not limited to: Wrike process, product validations, support documentation of the application, testing evidence, media and shop packets. 
10.    Participate in weekly Operations Governance meetings to apply pressure/accountability on Operations for timely delivery. 
11.    Review and approve Internal Acceptance Tests (IAT) prior to job closing. 
12.    Accountable for successful FAT and client acceptance of projects prior to shipping
13.    Accountable for the overall success of on-site commissioning of the equipment / systems
14.    Responsible for on-site commissioning strategies and client preparation, all client communication prior to and during commissioning and the alignment of the commissioning team (internal and on site team members)
15.     When required, travel to client facilities as needed as a site-manager to ensure success and client satisfaction.
16.    Provide the best experience possible by building genuine relationships with your clients and colleagues by: listening to others, be curious, ask questions and always establish clear expectations. 
17.    Reply to internal/external client questions, needs, concerns and complaints within 24 hours while ensuring all communications are documented with our CRM Zoho.
