Job description

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to support commercial construction and installation projects. This role will assist Project Managers and Project Coordinators with scheduling, communication, documentation, and ensuring projects stay organized and on track.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with project scheduling and coordination
  • Communicate with vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams
  • Track project updates, materials, and deliveries
  • Maintain project documentation and records
  • Assist with reviewing plans, drawings, and specifications
  • Support project meetings and follow up on action items
  • Help identify and resolve project issues
Qualifications
  • 1–2 years of experience in construction, project coordination, or a related field preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
  • Experience with commercial construction, installations, or MEP coordination is a plus

Compensation: $25–$35 per hour based on experience
