What You’ll Do:

  • Team project support: Provide administrative assistance for team projects and departmental goals, handling assigned tasks with accuracy and efficiency.

  • Document organization: Maintain organized files of orders, quotes, and internal communications across branches for easy access and reference.

  • Shipment and invoice verification: Review daily shipments and invoices, confirming accuracy and addressing any discrepancies.

  • Transaction processing: Process regional credit and debit transactions accurately and in a timely manner.

  • General office support: Perform various office duties and administrative tasks to assist HR, Plant Manager and Superintendents as needed.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Administrative experience: Proven background in administrative roles, with relevant experience preferred.

  • Communication skills: Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills to interact effectively with team members and clients.

  • Technical proficiency: Expert in using Outlook, Word, and Excel; familiarity with reading and writing reports.

  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to adjust priorities as needed.

  • Confidentiality: Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
