Salary: $20 - $25 per hour

We are looking for an experienced maintenance technician to handle a variety of tasks across several Homeowners and Condominium Associations located in southeast Michigan. The ideal candidate must possess strong customer service skills, and be capable of managing a wide range of repairs including plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall, minor roofing repairs and exterior building repairs. The candidate must have advanced knowledge and the ability to work independently with minimal guidance and possess the necessary skills to evaluate, repair, and document various assigned projects.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience performing maintenance in a multi-family or similar environment.

Position Requirements:

  • Ability to climb ladders to heights exceeding 15 feet.
  • Capability to lift and carry up to 80 pounds.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and bend continuously throughout the work shift.
  • Must possess a valid drivers license and a current DOT card.
  • Monday-Friday work week with availability to work a monthly rotating on-call schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to respond to emergencies.
  • Must own a personal set of various tools.
  • Proficiency in plumbing, electrical wiring, and carpentry.
  • Experience with external repairs, including roof repairs, siding repair/replacement, and gutter repair/replacement.
  • Skilled in drywall installation, replacement, and repair.
