Job Description
What we need: IMA has an immediate need for two (2) full-time Marketing Associates to drive community growth, increase website traffic and generate sales leads for our company and our clients.
Under the direction of the Director of Marketing, the Marketing Associate will assist in the development and implementation of a full range of communications and digital marketing strategies for lead generation, customer conversion and community growth.
The ideal candidate will have an "ownership mentality" when it comes to his or her work. This position offers plenty of additional opportunities in related projects and activities, as well as tremendous room for personal and professional growth across the company.
Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Director of Marketing to develop strategies and execute tactics to attract visitors, generate leads, and convert customers to drive revenue for clients.
  • Support IMA team efforts to produce high-quality short, medium and long-form content that incorporates best practices for digital use across multiple platforms.
  • Incorporate best practices in lead generation, social media marketing and SEO to generate more visitors and leads
  • Proactively bring ideas for list-building, lead generation, community building, advertising email marketing to convert visitors into leads (and, ultimately, customers) for our clients.
  • Foster relationships with outside influencers and external vendors/partners.
  • Participate in IMA department ideation sessions, marketing plan preparation and presentations, contribute to recap reports and attend general project status meetings.
  • Measure and report performance of contributions to digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs). Report results to the Director of Marketing and identify opportunities to increase growth in metrics.
  • Manage multiple projects for multiple clients on an on-going basis and be prepared to meet aggressive project deadlines.

Qualifications
Requirements:
  • Local to Nashville. This is not a remote position.
  • BA/BS and/or minimum 1-2 years experience in communication, marketing, public relations or a related field.
  • Ability to demonstrate required skill sets during the interview process.
