Description of Duties:

Social Media Engagement and Outreach

-Continuously review and connect calendar events of interest to our potential clients as well as relevant travel/international affairs events

-Create engaging Social Media content across multiple platforms, responding to customers

-Follow our Group Leaders' and Pilgrims' Social Media accounts, especially during pilgrimage, to engage with them and generate more contentusing both 206 Tours' social media accounts and personal business social media accounts

-Develop andexecutean analytics program to continuously improve content to maximize engagement,analyzing the social data/metrics, insights and best practice and sharing results with management and acting independently, ifappropriate, on the recommendations.

-Continuously improve number of followers and likesacross all social media platforms, with the target of 1K more organic followers per month

-Engage indirect,personalconnections to gain followers and then to turn those followers into advocates, nurturing leads, gathering feedback, and spotting pain points for product/sales teams

Marketing & Advertising

-Develop and Execute 206 Tours' Omnichannel Marketing Strategy-includingSocial Media, Email, and other marketing channels as necessary,building content plans to align content with overall brandobjectivesandinitiatingrecommendations for campaignsto increase brand visibility and customer acquisition

-Monitor digital marketing trends

-Develop and Execute 206 Tours' Digital Advertising Strategy-creating and posting Ads targeting specific audiences--drive online growth, optimize campaigns, and deliver measurable results across all channels like SEO, social media, email, all online content, paid ads, branding and analytics while collaborating with all 206 Tours internal and external teams

-Execute an Analytics program to track Marketing and Advertising Success (including ROI) and adjust and refine plans as necessary

-Produce Blog and Website content as needed

-Identify, evaluate, and implement new potential advertising/marketing opportunities, techniques, digital tools, and platforms

-Manage 206 Tours email contact lists

Product Design and Production

-Design and create materials to support 206 Tours' attendance at various Catholic events

-Design materials: Flyers, Ads, Banners, Posters, various Branded Paper goods)

-Copyrightingon behalf of 206 Tours

-Assist the Art Director with Graphic Design for Website and edits to content as necessary

Business Intelligence, Customer Reviews, and Compliance

- CMS Upload and edit content as needed

-DailyMonitoringof and/respondingto online reviews-including identifying trends and issues and conveying those to management

- FollowCatholic and competitorevents and shareinfo re.updates,etc.

-Ensure 206 Tours' listings are kept up to date on all websites (e.g.Google, Yelp, Glassdoor)

-Ensure 206 Tours' Social Media accounts and other online presenceis in compliance withplatforms' policies and any other applicable regulations

-Monitor competitors, ground suppliers, airlines, hotels, our team,shrinesand government tourist boards
