Job description

Description

Lenovo is a global technology leader committed to delivering smarter technology for all. As the company continues to evolve into a full-stack solutions provider, it is making significant investments in its global partner ecosystem. This ecosystem enables resellers, distributors, and solution providers to bring Lenovo products and services to market and plays a critical role in driving business growth. At the center of this ecosystem is Lenovo’s partner platform experience, which supports onboarding, product discovery, integrations, sales enablement, and partner performance management. As Lenovo expands its AI-driven strategy and continues to simplify partner engagement, there is an increasing need to better understand user needs and validate how these experiences are designed. The UX Researcher will play a key role in shaping this transformation by delivering clear, actionable insights that inform product and design decisions in real time. This role leans heavily into qualitative research, with a focus on concept shaping, experience feedback, and rapid iteration cycles. You will work as part of an embedded, cross-functional team alongside designers, product managers, and prototypers, supporting multiple concurrent workstreams such as onboarding, integrations, partner workflows, and AI-assisted experiences. Your work will help ensure that designs are grounded in real user needs before and during development. This is not a traditional, large-scale research role. Instead, you will operate in a lean, high-impact model, often working with small groups of participants, supplemented by internal stakeholders and subject matter experts. You will be expected to quickly ramp on complex domains such as partner ecosystems and channel sales models, and translate findings into recommendations that designers can act on immediately.
