Goodin Company is hiring a knowledgeable, customer-focused Technical Service Advisor to support HVAC, hydronic, plumbing, and mechanical system products. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, explaining technical information clearly, and helping contractors and internal teams solve real-world system challenges.
As a Technical Service Advisor, you will serve as a trusted resource for customers, sales teams, manufacturers, and branch locations. You will provide product application guidance, troubleshooting support, training, and warranty assistance while helping customers select the right products and keep projects moving forward.
Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for HVAC, hydronic, plumbing, and mechanical system products.
  • Assist customers with equipment selection, sizing, system applications, startup support, and product recommendations.
  • Support HVAC, hydronic, plumbing, water heating, controls, and related product lines.
  • Deliver technical training programs, product demonstrations, and practical guidance for customers and internal teams.
  • Assist with warranty questions, product concerns, and manufacturer communications.
  • Partner with Sales and Branch teams to support customer relationships, project opportunities, and successful outcomes.
