Responsibilities

Peraton is seeking a Technical Project Manager to perform as a consultant for leading edge information technologies and methodologies to join our team in the Annapolis Junction, MD area. Our dynamic team provides full spectrum network connectivity including architecture, engineering, development, integration, deployment, configuration management, project management and network security services to the global enterprise, as well as systems and cloud engineering services for application modernization and transition of legacy applications into hybrid cloud platforms.

Peraton serves as a valued partner to essential government agencies across the intelligence, space, cyber, defense, civilian, health, and state and local markets.

The ideal candidate will have a strong project management background coupled with network engineering background.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering science, or related discipline and minimum of 12 years of IT related experience is required. 15 years of IT related experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's degree
  • Active/current TS/SCI security clearance with a current polygraph is required.
  • Experience leading medium to large complex projects.
  • Demonstrated experience providing highly technical and specialized guidance and solutions to complex IT problems.
  • Ability to perform elaborate analyses and studies and prepare reports and give presentations

Desired:

  • DoD 8570 IAT Level 2 certification
  • Experience as a Network Engineer

The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Peraton's total compensation package for employees. Target Salary Range$146,000 - $234,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations.
