Status: Accepting Candidates

Description: Qualified applicants will have a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Web Development/Web Design or Engineering or Business or hold a Technical Degree in Computer Science (or equivalent combination of education and minimum 5+ years web development experience).

Must have minimum 5+ years of experience as Project Manager. 

Must have minimum 2+ years of experience in managing projects/software development utilizing Agile (with SCRUM).

Must possess experience with the following project management activities: 

o Leading process to complete project charter and obtain necessary approvals.

o Creating and publishing project documents to include project scope, work breakdown structure, risk assessment and response, critical path, time estimates, schedules, and budget projections.

o Determining resources required to accomplish project objectives.

o Conducting or participating in stakeholder meetings.

o Creating and executing plans for communication, change control, quality control, and specific coordination of activities.

o Oversee execution of project tasks, monitoring performance and solving project slippage and/or constraints in timely manner.

o Managing stakeholder expectations, project risks and solving problems.

o Controlling project scope and changes, schedule, budget, and status reporting.

o Facilitate closeout activities like lessons learned and customer feedback

Candidate must be extremely detail oriented and able to follow Department standards.

Candidate must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
