A Brief Overview
The Technical Project Manager works with a variety of business and technical teams to manage resources, issues, risks, and change requests to ensure successful and timely delivery of technology solutions aligned with business needs. This role facilitates the breakdown and understanding of the technical components of a project.
What you will do
  • Leads projects involving technology and business resources
  • Develops detailed project plans and objectives, identifies resource requirements, performance indicators, and status reports
  • Maintains project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues reporting
  • Develops and delivers progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations to functional teams
  • Coordinates with partners, conduct internal meetings and facilitate status reporting
  • Supervises project progress, communicates and identifies roadblocks, and proposes process improvements in a timely manner
  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • Complies with all policies and standards

Education Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience preferred

Experience Qualifications
  • Typically 2+ years of experience as a program or project manager, with a progressive record of successful delivery of complex solutions, systems, or services in a software development environment

Skills and Abilities
  • Ability to coordinate projects
  • Knowledge of working in ServiceNow platform or with portfolio management tools
  • Excellent communication, including presentation and facilitation skills
  • Ability to connect with employees at all levels of the organization
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to adapt to a fast paced constantly evolving business and work environment while handling multiple priorities
  • Demonstrable ability to work independently with limited supervision

Licenses and Certifications

The preferred location for this role is Atlanta, GA, and the salary range for this location is $70,800.00 to $141,600.00. All qualified external applicants will be considered for an in-office role, based in Atlanta. All qualified internal candidates are encouraged to apply and consider relocation to Atlanta and may be considered for remote hire at the company's discretion. The candidate's final salary offer will be based on the candidate's skills, education, work location and experience.
A candidate's compensation may also include bonuses consistent with TriNet's corporate bonus plan.
