Banking Industry – Enterprise Applications

Role Overview

We are seeking two experienced Technical Project Managers to support critical initiatives within the Enterprise Applications portfolio in the Banking Industry. These roles will drive delivery across complex technology programs spanning IT, Risk, Azure Cloud,.NET, Oracle, HR, and Finance systems. The ideal candidates are hands-on delivery leaders with strong stakeholder management capabilities, deep technical understanding, and experience managing cross-functional enterprise programs in regulated environments.

Key Responsibilities Program & Project Delivery
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise technology projects across multiple domains (IT, Risk, Finance, HR, Cloud)
  • Manage project scope, timelines, budget, risks, and dependencies across parallel workstreams
  • Drive Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery models based on program needs
  • Ensure alignment between business objectives and technology execution
Stakeholder & Executive Management
  • Act as the primary interface between business leaders, enterprise architects, engineering teams, and vendors
  • Provide regular updates to senior leadership and Managing Director-level stakeholders
  • Facilitate steering committees, status reviews, and executive reporting
Technical Program Oversight
  • Oversee delivery across platforms including:
    • Azure Cloud (IaaS, PaaS, DevOps)
    • .NET-based applications and APIs
    • Oracle platforms (ERP, Financial Systems, Integrations)
    • Risk & Compliance systems
  • Ensure integration across enterprise systems and alignment with architecture standards
Risk, Compliance & Governance
  • Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and issues
  • Ensure compliance with banking regulatory standards and internal governance frameworks
  • Collaborate with Risk, Audit, and Security teams to ensure controls are embedded in delivery
Agile Execution & Team Leadership
  • Lead cross-functional teams including developers, analysts, architects, and QA
  • Drive sprint planning, backlog grooming, and delivery tracking (JIRA, Azure DevOps)
  • Remove blockers and ensure high-performing team execution
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in IT Project/Program Management
  • Strong experience in Banking / Financial Services domain
  • Proven track record managing enterprise-scale application delivery
  • Hands-on experience with:
    • Azure Cloud platforms
    • .NET application ecosystems
    • Oracle ERP / Financial Systems
  • Strong understanding of Risk, Compliance, and Regulatory environments
  • Experience managing multi-million dollar programs
Preferred Qualifications
  • PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certifications
  • Experience with M&A, system integration, or enterprise transformation initiatives
  • Exposure to data platforms, APIs, and microservices architecture
  • Prior experience working with C-level or Managing Director stakeholders
