Rehlko Power Systems is seeking a results driven and customer focused Sales Operations Supervisor to lead a dynamic team of multi-level associates responsible for order management, shipment planning and execution, billing, and post-sale support. This is a critical leadership role that ensures operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement across the sales operations function.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead, coach, and develop a your team overseeing order management, logistics coordination, invoicing, and customer support.
  • Establish clear performance expectations and foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Provide ongoing training and guidance on systems, processes, and customer-handling best practices.
  • Oversee end-to-end sales operations to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with company policies and quality standards.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Warehouse, and Distributor Leadership teams to resolve issues, align priorities, and support strategic business initiatives.
  • Serve as an escalation point for complex customer issues related to orders, delivery, and invoicing.
  • Track and improve critical KPIs such as order, shipment and billing accuracy, and service level agreements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributor and direct account leadership teams.
  • Support integration of new tools and optimize existing platforms for better visibility, automation, and productivity.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience in B2B and manufacturing environments
  • 3+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of SAP, Salesforce, and Smartsheet's.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex workflows.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and team development.

The Salary range for this position is $83,300.00-$105,200.00.The specific Salary rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's experience, their education, and the work location.
