Job description

The Sales Associate position is an integral part of our customer experience. This position will provide product information, answer questions and resolve customer problems with efficiency. This position is responsible for both golf cars and parts sales to make sure the experience results in high level of customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage all retail golf car sales from initial inquiry through delivery.
  • Build relationships with schools, campgrounds, municipalities, businesses, and individual customers to generate new sales opportunities.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries by phone, email, and in person.
  • Maintain an organized sales pipeline and track customer leads.
  • Prepare quotes, proposals, production orders, and delivery paperwork.
  • Evaluate tradein golf cars and assist with determining customer trade values.
  • Perform final inspections prior to customer deliveries.
  • Coordinate deliveries with customers and internal departments.
  • Maintain the facility and ensure everything looks presentable
  • Photograph inventory and maintain accurate online listings.
  • Organize and coordinate fleet returns, fleet rentals, sales inquiries, and golf car transfers across the Iowa, Illinois and Wisconsin locations to ensure timely communication and efficient operations.
  • Review inventory pricing and availability regularly.
  • Assist with marketing initiatives, including social media content and local events.
  • Attend community events and trade shows to build customer relationships and increase brand awareness.
  • Requirements:
  • Proficient in prioritizing and managing multiple tasks
  • Proven experience in implementing processes and procedures
  • Able to approach problems objectively and work logically to find a sustainable solution
  • Capable of working both with a team and independently
  • Experience working in a customer facing role

  • Minimum of associates degree or equivalent experience
  • Physical Demands: While performing the job duties, the employee will be frequently required to use their hands, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, stand, walk, sit, talk and hear. The employee must be able to lift and/or move up to 85lbs.

    Job type: Full-time, exempt

    Reports to: Sales & Operations Manager

    Pay: ($50,000-$55,000 base pay) + Incentive based Commissions potential to earn up to $80,000/year

    Expected hours: 8am – 5pm, Monday through Friday
