Join Our Team
Old Republic Risk Management (ORRM) is seeking a Senior IT Service Technician to join our team in Brookfield, Wisconsin. In this role, you will serve as a key resource for IT support, helping employees resolve technical issues, maintain critical systems, and ensure a seamless technology experience across the organization.
What You'll Do
As a Senior IT Service Technician, you will provide technical assistance via phone and email, troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, and support the deployment and maintenance of technology solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Providing technical support to employees via phone and email
  • Troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
  • Setting up and deploying new workstations and devices
  • Managing user access and account administration
  • Supporting Microsoft 365 applications and Exchange environments
  • Maintaining system performance and technology standards

Once fully trained, this position offers a hybrid work schedule with the flexibility to work remotely two days per week.
Additional responsibilities include:
  • Managing systems management tools and appliances
  • Analyzing support trends and identifying improvement opportunities
  • Maintaining software and hardware inventories
