Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and data oriented early career professional to join the US Equity Research Management team. This role is responsible for developing and executing high-priority initiatives that drive the department's growth. This role is focused on translating strategic ideas into structured plans and delivering high quality outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
  • Collaboration with senior leadership and other cross-departmental stakeholders to define, create, and improve initiatives across US research and equities.

  • Manage and support day-to-day workflows, including maintaining internal datasets and reporting. Help build complex models and dashboard related to operating KPIs.

  • Translate large and complex dataset into actionable insights for management. Proven ability to explain technical projects to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Design standardized templates and tracking tools to improve data quality, support downstream reporting.

  • Support internal alignment by owning end-to- end documentation of workflows, and performance expectations.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degrees in business administration, Finance, Information Systems or Computer Science.
  • 1+ years of experience in equity research, financial services or consulting.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and proactively.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel is a must.
  • Working experience with Python or SQL. (Preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of AI/ML tools.
  • Exceptional communication skills and confidence to speak to senior leaders.
  • Highly organized detail oriented and able to manage multiple time-sensitive projects at one time.

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range of $100,000 - $120,000.
