Job description

About Atmosphere TV
Atmosphere is the leading streaming TV platform built specifically for businesses. Unlike ad networks or signage companies, Atmosphere is the only true TV company whose first priority is to entertain television audiences outside of the home. Our content is designed to be fun, engaging, and worth watching, transforming waiting rooms, gyms, bars, and restaurants into better experiences for customers and better businesses for owners.
We are the first and only company to think about both the business owner and their customers when creating TV content. With 55,000+ venues and a global audience of over 150 million monthly viewers, Atmosphere is redefining what TV means outside the living room.
About the role
We're looking for an Associate Recruiter to join our HR team and help build the talent pipeline that powers Atmosphere's growth. This is a foundational recruiting role where you'll gain hands-on experience across the full hiring lifecycle, from sourcing passive candidates to running initial screens to coordinating a smooth, high-touch process for hiring managers and candidates alike. You'll partner closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers across the business, building the skills to grow into a full-cycle recruiting role.
This position will report to the VP, Human Resources, with a dotted line to the Senior Recruiter. Availability to be in-office 4-5 days a week is required.
What you'll do
  • Manage interview scheduling and calendar coordination between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Ensure a smooth, positive candidate experience at every stage of the process.
  • Collaborate with HR to maintain a compliant, efficient hiring process through our ATS.
  • Assist with extending offers and preparing offer communications.
  • Track candidate pipeline status and communicate updates to hiring managers and senior recruiters.
  • Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for open roles.
  • Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate fit and pitch Atmosphere's mission, culture, and opportunities.
  • Proactively source passive candidates on LinkedIn and other channels, and help find compelling ways to engage prospective talent.
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines to support open searches across the business.
  • Support ad hoc recruiting and recruiting operations projects as needed.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or related field preferred.
  • 1-2 years of recruiting, sourcing, or related HR/talent acquisition experience; internship experience considered.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to represent Atmosphere professionally to candidates.
  • Comfort using LinkedIn and other sourcing tools to identify and engage passive talent.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple searches and candidates simultaneously.
  • Eagerness to learn full-cycle recruiting in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.

Compensation & Benefits
  • Competitive salary
  • Company Equity
  • Company 401(k) with employer matching
  • Competitive insurance plans
  • Flexible Time Off Policy

Our Commitment to Diversity
Don't meet every single requirement? Research shows that women and underrepresented groups often hesitate to apply unless they meet all the criteria. At Atmosphere, we're committed to building a diverse, inclusive team where creativity, innovation, and teamwork thrive. If you're excited about this role but your experience doesn't perfectly align with every qualification, we still encourage you to apply-you might be the right fit for this or another role.
