Collections/Receptionist
Position Summary:
We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Collections/Receptionist. This dual-role position is responsible for managing front desk operations while also supporting the collections process to ensure timely receipt of payment. The ideal candidate will be personal, organized, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Reception Duties:
  • Greet and assist visitors courteously and professionally.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and accurately.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Provide general administrative support to various departments.

Collections Duties:
  • Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on overdue accounts.
  • Contact customers via phone, email, or mail to request payment.
  • Maintain accurate records of collection activities and communications.
  • Work with the accounting team to resolve billing discrepancies.
  • Generate and send statements and reminders to clients.
  • Prepare reports on collection status and outstanding balances.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or collections role.
