Part-Time Receptionist

Obstetrics & Gynecology Associates | A Together Women's Health Partner Practice

What You'll Do

As a Receptionist, you'll help ensure every patient receives outstanding service by:

  • Welcoming every patient with warmth, professionalism, and a smile
  • Creating a positive first impression for patients, families, and visitors
  • Registering patients and accurately updating demographic and insurance information
  • Utilizing the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system to support efficient patient flow
  • Scheduling appointments across multiple providers and office locations
  • Verifying insurance eligibility and assisting with registration requirements
  • Collecting co-pays and deductibles according to billing policies
  • Answering incoming phone calls and managing online appointment requests
  • Coordinating referrals and scheduling follow-up appointments
  • Collaborating with physicians, Certified Nurse Midwives, sonographers, and the clinical team to ensure a seamless patient experience
