One of the perks that sets us apart from other veterinary clinics is our work schedule.We think that you should have a healthy balance between your personal and professional lives and as such, your work schedule will be Monday through Friday from 7:30 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. with no weekend hours or emergencies.Our doctors have a set schedule that allows for you to plan in the long-term.We strongly believe that when one has a healthy work/life balance the result is not only happier individuals but better veterinarians as well.


Superior Diagnostic Tools

We believe in offering our clients and patients the best veterinary medicine available.We aren't your normal GP. We'll give you access to the best diagnostic tools currently available in order to allow you to practice medicine to the fullest extent possible.We offer in house CBC and chemistry analyzer, quantitative pancreatic lipase, in-house cortisol, in-house ammonia, imagyst for cytologies/urinalysis, digital radiology, full ultrasound, portable ultrasound probe for FAST scans, tonovet, diamond burr, endoscopy, dental radiology, ECG, doppler, SPO2, phobia, syringe/fluid pumps, O2 cage, monopolar electrocautery, surgical laser, and top of the line anesthesia monitoring equipment. Plus, we have the ability to offer advanced surgery such as TPLOs and even perform chemotherapy.

Your medicine shouldn't be limited by the tools available to you so we'll give you what you need to maximize your potential as a veterinarian.


Mentorship

At All-Star you will be given the freedom to learn and develop to your fullest potential both personally and professionally.We believe that we are not doing our job if our associates do not become better people and veterinary professionals during their time with us.We encourage all of our associates to pursue those niches that interest them and to build professional skill sets based upon those interests.At All-Star we'll support your chosen path with flexible CE allowances and mentorship in order for you to fully develop those interests into a niche in your practice.There is no limit to what you can achieve here, both as a person and as a veterinarian.


Staff Ratio

Each doctor is assigned their own personal assistant and technician. By serving as mini teams within the hospital, our doctors have the confidence to delegate so they can focus on important tasks.

Outside of their team, a dedicated team of surgery personnel, pharmacy staff, receptionists, greeters, and technician appointment staff are there to support you every step of the way.

Our average staff to doctor ratio is approximately 7:1
