Job description

Busy multi-specialty practice seeking an experienced Medical Receptionist. Qualified candidates must be dependable, have excellent customer service, communication and computer skills, be organized and detailed oriented. Medical office experienced required. Knowledge of Greenway and Phreesia software a plus.

Duties may include:

  • Verifying patient insurance
  • Answering phones
  • Making patient appointments
  • Checking patients in and out
  • Reconciling and making daily deposits
  • Greeting patients
  • Other front office duties
