A reputable GC Construction Company located in Seattle, WA, is currently hiring for a Project Engineer to support a large healthcare project in Seattle, WA. The Project Engineer assists the Project Manager with the planning and daily execution of projects. They will be responsible for maintaining certain aspects of the project schedule, as assigned by the Project Manager, by managing the process of submittal approvals, coordinating the timely delivery of materials, and maintaining schedules and budgets to ensure projects are completed with quality and profitability while complying with Safety/Zero Harm culture.

  • Project Engineer - $85,000/yr. - $90,000/yr.
  • Sr. Project Engineer - $90,000/yr. - $97,500/yr.
  • Assistant/Associate Project Manager - $97,500/yr. - $110,000/yr.

  • 1+ years of experience as a construction project engineer with a general contractor.
  • Experience processing RFIs, Submittals, and coordinating between multiple trades and subcontractors.
  • Experience with Procore and Bluebeam (Bonus).
  • Experience working with MEP trades on healthcare projects (Big Bonus).
  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or Engineering.
  • Comfortable submitting to a drug test (including testing for THC) upon onboarding.
