  • Support project planning efforts by defining requirements, assessing feasibility, and identifying project impacts.
  • Manage assigned project tasks and drive them through completion with a high level of accuracy and accountability.
  • Monitor project status and provide timely updates to stakeholders and leadership.
Stakeholder & Customer Management
  • Serve as a key point of contact between customers, engineering teams, contractors, service providers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Facilitate effective communication across project teams to ensure alignment and transparency.
  • Address customer concerns, coordinate solutions, and ensure issues are resolved efficiently and professionally.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external partners to support successful project outcomes.
Technical & Administrative Support
  • Review and assist with project documentation, including design plans, technical memorandums, specifications, and related materials.
  • Support budgeting, cost estimating, and scheduling efforts to improve project planning and execution.
  • Assist with procurement and contract administration activities as needed.
  • Maintain project records and ensure documentation remains current and organized.
Construction & Utility Project Support
  • Coordinate construction-related activities and schedules with project teams and field personnel.
  • Collaborate with engineers and construction teams to support project delivery.
  • Contribute to change management and process improvement initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness.
  • Assist in ensuring projects meet quality, safety, and operational requirements.

What You BringRequired Qualifications
  • Associate's degree or higher in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field—or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3–5 years of experience in project management, project coordination, construction, utilities, engineering support, or a related field.
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and diverse stakeholders.
  • Understanding of project scheduling, planning, and cost estimating principles.
  • Knowledge of budgeting, procurement, contract administration, and utility business practices.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and sound decision-making abilities.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in utility, infrastructure, or construction-related projects.
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD and drafting support for project documentation.
  • Experience coordinating field and construction activities.
  • Knowledge of project scheduling tools and construction workflows.
  • Background in construction management or utility operations.
  • Experience supporting projects involving permits, procurement, contracts, or capital improvements.

Why You'll Love This Opportunity
  • Flexibility: Enjoy a primarily remote work environment with opportunities to engage directly with project teams in the field.
  • Career Growth: Expand your project management experience while working with engineering, construction, and utility professionals.
