As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Serene Reflections, your essential duties encompass a wide range of activities aimed at delivering high-quality mental health services:

• Prepare comprehensive case notes, assessments, and evaluations to document client progress accurately.
• Collaborate with clients to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their specific needs and goals.
• Support therapeutic processes by interpreting psychometric assessments and incorporating findings into treatment strategies.
• Conduct supervision sessions in partnership with the site supervisor, ensuring adherence to best practices in client care.
• Participate in clinical meetings to discuss treatment approaches and case reviews with fellow mental health professionals.
• Identify and connect clients with agency resources and services that will support their mental health journey.
• Complete necessary orientations and familiarize yourself with clinic policies, procedures, and team dynamics.
• Prepare adequately for client consultations, staying informed about their history and progress by reviewing previous case notes and relevant research.
• Engage in small group supervision or seminars for continuous professional development, reviewing clinical forms and effective methodologies.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in both written and electronic formats in alignment with clinic protocols.
• Coordinate with partner agencies to enhance client service delivery and monitor holistic care.
• Research best practices and contribute to projects assigned by supervisory staff, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
• Conduct collaborative consultations with fellow agency professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Diverse clinical skills and a strong capacity to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
