Title: Project Manager Location: Must Reside in Miami, Florida / Onsite 100% Ekman Associates, Inc. is a Southern California based company focused on the following services: Management Consulting, Professional Staffing Solutions, Executive Recruiting and Managed Services. Summary : We are seeking a Technical Project Manager that is able to manage multiple projects and drive results.

Key Skill Set: Fluent (written / verbal) in English and Spanish Project Management experience / PMP – Nice to Have Responsibilities : Project Manage various infrastructure and production engineering projects Project manage execution and delivery of multiple projects. Type of projects include technology refresh, upgrades, networks, server installs, cabling, etc. Provide Production Engineering support and maintenance.

Deliver timely, effective, easily understandable, concise project deliverables including detailed project work plans, presentations, budget reviews, cross-project dependencies, risks analyses and mitigation, strategies, stakeholder coordination and status communication. Handle high volume workloads and provide exceptional customer support. Accountable for driving delivery of projects from start to finish.

Manage tight deadlines. Qualifications : BA/BS in business, computer science preferred or other technical field or appropriate work experience 7+ years of applicable experience in a technology environment, preferably for a large company. Demonstrated success in the delivery of multiple projects.

PMP or CSM Certifications – nice to have. Ability to work multiple time zones: USA, Mexico and Canada. Ability to work with project management tools: Smartsheet and use of O365.

Experience managing technology refresh, new servers, upgrades, and network projects Experience in Production Engineering; Nice to Have Interested and/or experience with GenAI. Ability to work on multiple teams in highly autonomous environments. Detailed oriented, ability to multi-task and well organized Detailed oriented and strong communicator.
