Position: Team Leader – Commercial Project Management

Our client is seeking a Team Leader to oversee multiple commercial BAS projects from kickoff through warranty. This is a high-visibility leadership role where you’ll drive project execution, mentor field teams, and ensure successful delivery—on time, on budget, and to spec.


What You’ll Do

Project Execution & Ownership

  • Manage full project lifecycle: scheduling, documentation, and execution
  • Assist with system design and material selection
  • Ensure projects are engineered correctly, ordered efficiently, and executed smoothly
  • Oversee installations, upgrades, and repairs
  • Handle change orders, re-estimates, and cost control to maintain profitability
  • Coordinate with other trades to keep projects moving and aligned

Team Leadership
