US Project Director

We are looking for a highly execution-driven US Project Director to lead our market entry and project delivery in the United States.

This role is best suited for a Program Director / Senior Project Director from an EPC background, who can manage multiple projects, build teams rather than a purely investment-focused executive.

Key Responsibilities

1. Program & Project Delivery (Core)

Lead multiple transmission line projects (EPC or EPC-like) across the US

Take full responsibility for schedule, cost, quality, and HSE performance

Build and implement a program-level project management system

2. Client & Market Engagement

Support key client relationships (TSOs, IOUs, large energy users)

Contribute to project acquisition through technical and delivery credibility

Translate client needs into actionable project execution plans

3. Team Building & Leadership

Build and lead the US project delivery and engineering team

Drive collaboration between local teams and global HQ (design & technology)

Develop a high-performance, execution-focused culture

4. Execution & Delivery Excellence

Ensure successful delivery of lighthouse projects in the US market

Drive continuous improvement in project execution processes

Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to high quality standards

Qualifications

Proven experience in EPC companies (power transmission preferred)

Background as Program Director / Project Director / Senior PM managing multiple projects
