Acutronic is looking for an Associate Project Manager who will be responsible for technical, cost and schedule performance on basic projects and supports Project Managers in the execution of complex projects.
Associate Project Manager
Your Roles/Responsibilities:
  • Ensures customer requirements and specifications are appropriately captured, communicated, and achieved throughout the lifecycle of the contract
  • Assists in generation of Integrated Master Schedules and tracks project status throughout project lifecycles
  • Develops risk and opportunities registers for projects throughout execution, including cost, schedule, and technical
  • Partners with resource managers to assign resources and allocate/resolve resource conflicts to projects in accordance with key delivery dates
  • Minimizes project scope growth using change control practices
  • Calculates Estimate at Completion/Estimate to Completion for projects and recommends mitigation plans to address any resulting cost or schedule growth
  • Works with Head of Program Management to negotiate updates to the project plan for all changes related to cost and schedule
  • Documents and formally disseminates lessons learned after the completion of projects to all stakeholders
  • Serves as liaison between project management, operations, project team, senior leadership, and the customer

Your Profile/Qualifications/Skills:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or a related field of study from an accredited college or university required
  • Minimum of three years relevant experience
  • A combination of education and experience will be considered
