Job Description

We're searching for a Senior Associate of Project Management who effectively manages projects through use of appropriate resources and processes; is expertly versed in workflow steps, involving creative development, execution and production for all mail and print projects. Develops production schedules for creative projects that balance Digitas Health/client needs; consults all team members for approvals on schedule and revises them when necessary.

Responsibilities
  • Maintains a clear and reasonable vision of "next steps" and the "big picture" during meetings, conversations or whenever the parameters of a project change
  • Is pro-active in managing all the details throughout the project, to ensure that all action items are accomplished on a timely and accurate basis
  • Prioritizes work so not only the most urgent work is completed, but also the most important and; thoroughly understands and is capable of managing the studio/graphic arts process
  • Is an articulate and active participant in internal meetings; can deliver instructions in a clear and concise manner, providing proper materials and documentation when necessary
  • Can lead an effective and efficient discussion, ensuring discussions stays on track and lead to a solution, decision, and/or next steps and; can think clearly and diplomatically when participating in a discussion to field complex or sensitive questions from internal groups
Qualifications
  • Four year degree
  • 2-4 years experience
  • Creative agency experience desired
  • Is an articulate and active participant in internal meetings
  • Can deliver instructions in a clear and concise manner, providing proper materials and documentation when necessary
  • Can lead an effective and efficient discussion, ensuring discussions stays on track and lead to a solution, decision, and/or next steps
  • Can think clearly and diplomatically when participating in a discussion to field complex or sensitive questions from internal groups
  • Candidate must be open to travel as needed

 Compensation Range: USD $50,065.00 - USD $66,360.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met.
