The Fleet & Facilities Team Leader is responsible for leading and coordinating all facility maintenance, building operations, grounds management, and fleet readiness across company locations.
In addition to facility oversight, this position oversees the company's redeployable vehicle fleet. The Fleet & Facilities Team Leader works closely with internal departments, vendors, contractors, and branch personnel to oversee maintenance activities, facility improvement projects, and fleet logistics.
Responsibilities
• Coordinate the maintenance, repair, and overall operation of all facilities
• Develop, schedule, and oversee preventative maintenance programs to ensure facilities remain in safe, reliable operating condition
• Coordinate routine maintenance, emergency repairs, and facility improvement projects from planning through completion
• Conduct regular facility inspections to identify maintenance needs, safety concerns, and opportunities for improvement
• Coordinate services including landscaping, janitorial, waste management, pest control, and building maintenance
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, repairs, and completed projects
• Serve as the primary contact for facility vendors, contractors, and service providers
• Obtain and evaluate supplier quotes to ensure quality cost-effective solutions
• Schedule, coordinate, and monitor contractor performance to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and in accordance with company expectations
