Support impactful engineering and construction projects where your work helps deliver successful outcomes across the Southeast. At Thomas & Hutton, you'll play a key role in coordinating project activities, supporting multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring projects stay on track. What you'll do

Support project managers and engineering teams in daily project activities
Maintain and organize project documentation including schedules, budgets, reports, and meeting minutes
Track project milestones and deliverables using tools such as Procore, MS Project, or Smartsheet
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and follow up on action items
Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and external vendors
Monitor project risks and escalate issues as needed
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and engineering standards
Assist in preparing technical and non-technical reports and documentation

What you bring

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field
2+ years of experience in project coordination, preferably in an engineering or technical environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams)
Familiarity with project management software such as Procore, MS Project, or Smartsheet
Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
