Job Summary

Responsible for coordinating program activities and providing administrative support, ensuring operational efficiency and alignment with organizational goals. Facilitates communication across departments, monitors program timelines, and supports project implementation to enhance program effectiveness. -Assist in the day-to-day administrative tasks related to program management.

Key Responsibilities

Education and Training Support

  • Coordinate production and dissemination of educational content, including podcasts, newsletters, video teaching blogs, and journal clubs
  • Manage scheduling, logistics, and communications for educational programming
  • Maintain content calendars and support program faculty in the timely delivery of teaching materials

Research Program Administration
