Job description

Role: Program Coordinator

Location: 330 Brookline Ave, Boston, MA 02215

Contract Duration: 12 weeks of assignment with possible extension

Pay Rate: Up To $23.31/hr

Work Schedule: 40hrs/week

Shift: 8hrs; Day Shift from 8:30AM - 5:00PM, Monday - Friday

MUST HAVE:

  • High School Diploma required
  • Associate's degree preferred

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Epic experience required.
  • Scheduling experience required.
  • Good communication skills, especially when speaking with patients.
  • Previous experience working with genetics is a HUGE plus
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of related work experience required.
  • Advanced skills with Microsoft applications which may include Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint or Access and other web-based applications.
  • May produce complex documents, perform analysis and maintain databases
