The Associate Product Manager, Digital Retail Experience leads the evolution of the Digital Retail Experience across the U.S., shaping priorities, guiding enhancements, and improving the overall digital journey for both customers and Volvo retailers. This role partners across the U.S. Digital organization, works closely with Volvo retailers, and collaborates with broader platform stakeholders to strengthen the retailer digital ecosystem, support business needs, and help drive growth by increasing engagement, improving lead quality, and enabling stronger sales and profit outcomes through a consistent, effective customer and retailer experience.

What you'll do

   Set the direction and priorities for the retailer digital experience, ensuring platform enhancements support business goals and user needs
   Translate market and retailer needs into clear feature definitions and delivery priorities in partnership with technical teams
   Drive optimization across the retailer digital platforms by identifying performance gaps, usability issues, and conversion opportunities and translating them into product enhancements
   Oversee the capabilities supporting retailer-facing digital channels to help ensure reliability, usability, and alignment with brand and business expectations
   Manage the day-to-day health and evolution of retailer-owned digital touchpoints, ensuring content, functionality, and customer journeys remain accurate, effective, and aligned with business priorities
   Act as a key liaison for retailer-facing digital initiatives across internal teams, Volvo retailers, and business stakeholders
   Define and monitor KPIs for digital performance, maintaining clear visibility into traffic, engagement, lead generation, and conversion outcomes
   Work closely with cross-functional partners to improve the visibility and effectiveness of retailer lead pathways and related performance measures
   Partner directly with Volvo retailers to identify opportunities that improve digital effectiveness, support local market performance, and contribute to stronger sales outcomes
   Prioritize enhancements that help increase lead conversion, improve retailer performance, and support profitable growth in line with Volvo Cars' commercial strategy
   Evaluate and incorporate AI-driven capabilities into the broader retailer digital ecosystem to improve personalization, performance, and customer experience
   Represent U.S. market priorities in broader platform planning discussions to help shape future omnichannel retail capabilities

Required Qualifications
   3+ years of product management or product ownership experience, ideally in a platform, marketplace, or multi-site digital environment
   Demonstrated ability to manage complex digital products with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
   Experience with website performance optimization, UX principles, and digital experience management
   Strong understanding of lead generation and conversion mechanics within a retail or dealer digital context
   Proficiency with web analytics and digital performance tools
   Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including experience working with external partners or franchise networks
   Ability to translate retailer, customer, and commercial needs into clear, actionable product requirements that support sales growth and profitability
