Position Summary
We are seeking a digital product leader who embraces the spirit of our iconic brands and champions the needs of our customers to drive REAL value for the business. As a Senior Product Manager - Marketing Technology, you will stand up the MarTech vision and roadmap that enables our brands to create personalized and relevant experiences for our customers. In this transformational role you will partner with marketing, brand and customer experience teams to understand their strategy and vision and to translate this vision into technology products that deliver measurable results. You'll understand the current technology landscape and seek out the tools, technologies and partners needed to enable the vision that speaks to our customers in an innovative and scalable way.
Responsibilities
  • Own the marketing technology product vision and roadmap to create a personalized approach to communication and to champion the needs of our customer across various channels
  • Collaborate with key Marketing stakeholders, UX and Agile product teams to develop growth strategy
  • Engage stakeholders throughout the execution of a project ensuring that what is delivered meets goals and objectives
  • Analyze market research, user feedback, data and competitive landscape to identify new product opportunities and enhancements
  • Lead complex projects independently, develop a strong understanding of our customers, manage multiple concurrent projects, and identify and lead solutions that recognize significant business and customer value
  • Drive cross-functional teams comprised of both business partners and technical teams through the software development lifecycle
  • Lead the development of detailed requirements, feature definitions and enhancements
  • Prioritize features based on customer and business value and understand the art of sequencing their delivery with an agile framework
  • Proactively identify issues and work with internal partners to understand options and execute solutions
  • Synthesize business requirements, identify areas of uncertainty, recommend solutions, and gather buy-in from relevant stakeholders
  • Define metrics of success and analyze results

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience leading product teams and business stakeholders to create innovative technology products
  • Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, project management and planning skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in various phases of ideation, execution, or delivery
  • Ability to work with and influence peers and senior management
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment
  • Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting
  • Experience with agile development
  • Data driven mindset and track record
