What is an associate product manager?

An Associate Product Manager (APM) is an entry-level role in product management, responsible for assisting product managers in developing, launching, and improving products. APMs often conduct market research, help define product requirements, collaborate with engineering and design teams, and track product performance. This role is designed to provide foundational experience in product management and often serves as a stepping stone to more senior product roles.
