Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Product Manager to support initiatives across our computer hardware portfolio and partner programs. This role will be responsible for driving cross-functional alignment, managing end-to-end program execution, and fostering strong relationships with key technology partners to deliver innovative hardware solutions to market.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

* Assist in planning and tracking hardware deployment programs and partner initiatives
* Maintain program documentation, schedules, and status reports
* Help identify and resolve program risks and issues in collaboration with senior team members
* Support onboarding and communication with hardware and technology partners
* Coordinate logistics for partner meetings, demos, and joint initiatives
* Help maintain partner collateral and documentation
* Work closely with engineering, product, sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure alignment on program goals and timelines
* Schedule and facilitate team and partner meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items
* Manage program timelines, provide regular status updates, and escalate risks or blockers as needed
* Continuously refine program lifecycle processes to enhance quality, security, and partner satisfaction
* Data mining and data analysis

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
* 0-2 years of experience in a project coordination, program management, or technical support role
* Strong organizational and communication skills
* Interest in computer hardware and technology partnerships
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with project management tools is a plus

Salary Range

$87,000 - $146,000
