Job description

ODDITY is building something new — and we need a sharp, driven operator to help bring it to life.

We're looking for a Product Development Manager to join our packaging team as we expand into new brand territory. You'll own the full lifecycle of packaging development — from initial brief to final production — across categories that are still being defined. This is a rare chance to get in early and leave your fingerprints on something that doesn't exist yet.

You'll lead supplier relationships, build and drive timelines, and coordinate across product, supply chain, R&D, creative, and ops to get beautiful, functional packaging out the door — on time, on budget, and on brand. If you're someone who thrives in complexity, moves fast, and loves the intersection of strategy and execution, this role was built for you.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Own packaging development from concept to launch — every stage, every detail
  • Build and drive project plans and Gantt timelines across sampling, testing, artwork, and manufacturing
  • Manage global supplier relationships — briefs, prototypes, negotiations, iteration cycles
  • Develop packaging strategies informed by market research, trend analysis, and material innovation
  • Align cross-functional teams to hit design, technical, and regulatory standards
  • Track cost, quality, and specs; use data to drive decisions and flag risks early
  • Identify and resolve issues fast to protect timelines and launch readiness

WHO YOU ARE

  • A self-starter who takes ownership and moves things forward without hand-holding
  • Obsessively organized — you bring structure to chaos and clarity to complexity
  • A sharp communicator who can influence up, down, and across
  • Analytical and detail-oriented, with strong Excel/Google Sheets skills
  • Comfortable juggling competing priorities in a fast-moving environment
  • Strategic enough to set direction, scrappy enough to execute in the weeds

REQUIREMENTS

  • BA/BS from a top-tier university
  • 2–3 years in consulting, banking, PE, or a high-growth startup — or a recent grad who's a true go-getter with something to prove
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, PowerPoint/Slides, and project management tools

ABOUT ODDITY

DETAILS

  • Start: Immediate
  • Location: On-site, SoHo NYC
  • Benefits: Unlimited PTO, weekly team lunch, 401(k) match, employer-sponsored healthcare, paid disability leave, commuter benefits
  • Visa sponsorship available (OPT, STEM OPT, H1B)
