This role is designed as a leadership pipeline position with long-term growth opportunities into Product Line Management, Senior Product Leadership, Product Marketing, Sales, or broader commercial leadership roles.
What You'll Do
As an Associate Product Line Manager, you'll partner closely with Sr. Business Unit Managers and cross-functional teams to help drive products from concept through launch and beyond.
You'll help uncover opportunities, analyze business performance, support innovation initiatives, and contribute to the strategic direction of Leatherman's product portfolio.
This role is heavily execution-focused and requires strong ownership, initiative, and intellectual curiosity.
Responsibilities Include:
  • Supporting product roadmap development and long-range planning
