  • Assists the Merchandise Product Developers with the day-to-day operations of a segment of the merchandise assortment. Contributes to the overall product development process by coordinating samples, line plans, and artboards for the product development team.
  • Prepare and distribute artboards and tech packs to vendors using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • Assist in identifying and evaluating key vendors in conjunction with the product development and category teams.
  • Ensures data integrity through updating, maintaining various reports, documents, and photo library.
  • Review weekly sales reports to identify key drivers and department trends.
  • Stay relevant on current market trends. Including vendors, materials, art styles and silhouettes

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  • Excellent judgment and discretion; ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously, meet deadlines, and handle work-related stress is required.
  • Friendly, courteous, service-oriented, professional, outgoing, and detail oriented.
  • Ability to establish and maintain a professional atmosphere for employees, clients and customers
  • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university with a major in marketing, or Fashion and Textile Merchandising.
  • 2+ years of retail experience in an operation or buying environment; or an equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
  • Ability to work nights and weekends when required, willingness and ability to travel to select events.
