Job description

CTG is seeking to fill an Associate Producer position for our client.
Location: Morrisville, NC
Duration: 12+ months, with possibility for extension
Overview
Associate Producer supporting global, multi-channel content production in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. Role partners with Senior Producers and cross-functional teams to execute high-volume, premium brand content across digital and broadcast platforms. Strong opportunity for growth into independent production ownership.
Key Responsibilities
  • Support end-to-end production of global brand content across digital and media channels
  • Partner with Creative, Production, Strategy, Design, Project Management, and Procurement teams to deliver on brief, on time, and on budget
  • Develop and maintain production schedules, estimates, spec sheets, and vendor coordination
  • Track budgets, actualize costs, and support production reporting and wrap documentation
  • Coordinate voice-over casting, booking, and contract execution
  • Manage asset organization, version control, and distribution across stakeholders
  • Support scripting updates, compliance edits, rough cuts, QC, and final delivery
  • Compile and archive final assets and completion reports
  • Operate in a global production environment with flexible hours and occasional weekend or cross-time-zone work

Core Skills
  • Adobe Premiere (basic editing, string-outs, duplication)
  • Adobe After Effects (basic knowledge)
  • Microsoft Office, OneDrive, SharePoint (advanced proficiency)
  • Strong attention to detail and proofreading accuracy
  • Familiarity with Monday.com, Showbiz, and/or bidding tools (intermediate preferred)
  • Understanding of production workflows, asset management, and digital delivery
  • Interest in AI tools and evolving production technologies
  • AEM experience a plus

Experience
  • 3+ years in production, advertising agency, or brand-side content production
  • 1+ year in enterprise or large-scale production environment preferred
  • Experience supporting cross-platform digital content production at scale
  • Portfolio required (applications without portfolio will not be considered)
  • Proven ability to manage deadlines, shifting priorities, and global collaboration

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Production, Communications, Marketing, Advertising, or related field preferred
  • Equivalent professional experience considered
