About the Position
The Princeton Review is seeking a highly organized, creative, and proactive Multimedia Associate Producer to support the launch and continued growth of the Princeton Review Media Network-a new multimedia platform featuring podcasts, video programming, live events, and digital content focused on education, college admissions, career development, and student success.
Reporting to the Creative Director, Brand & Social Strategy, this role will work closely with editorial, brand, and content leaders to coordinate productions, develop compelling multimedia content, manage production workflows, and help grow audiences across podcast, YouTube, social media, and digital publishing platforms. This is an outstanding opportunity for a current student, recent graduate, or early-career media professional looking to gain hands-on experience helping build a national media platform from the ground up.
What You'll Do
Content Production & Multimedia Execution
  • Coordinate guest outreach, scheduling, and booking for podcasts and video productions.
  • Prepare guest briefing materials, episode research, and production documentation.
  • Edit and produce both short- and long-form video content for YouTube, social media, and digital platforms.

Production Operations
  • Manage production calendars, timelines, and project workflows.
  • Coordinate recording logistics, follow-up communications, and production assets.
  • Maintain organized production files, digital assets, and documentation.

Content Distribution & Audience Growth
  • Publish and distribute podcast and video content across multiple platforms.
  • Create promotional clips, trailers, highlights, and repurpose content across social, newsletters, websites, and other channels.
  • Support audience growth initiatives, community engagement, and platform optimization.

Innovation & Industry Awareness
  • Research prospective guests and episode topics.

Who You Are
